Room To Live – Indoors and Out
11513 63rd Ct., Puyallap, WA 98372

We loved the huge garage and our large yard with that deep, rich river bottom soil. O.K., it was only a two bedroom home but we had a living room large enough to hold our home entertainment center, our sofa, two deep snuggle armchairs, a lazy boy and our family heirloom coffee table. We prefer a casual style but our home had a roomy formal dining area right next to the kitchen that could easily seat 8 people for more formal occasions. It was really easy to cook and serve, just steps away, so it encouraged me to invite family over more often. We also had a little sitting area with a sliding glass door out to our fully fenced yard. The 10’ X 12’ deck was just off that area too so in the warm summer evenings we could slip out the side door to barbecue or just lounge around or putter in the garden. The husband made a great man cave out in the double garage and had room for all of his tools, his projects, fishing gear, our household storage and of course still room for my car. His truck and the boat were still quite comfy out under the carport.

And, wow, do I mean garden! Our home was right in the middle of some of the best river bottom land in the valley. Most of the

neighbors were still somewhat involved in farming. They have room for large gardens, vineyards, animals and other country living fun. You can literally stick a cutting in the ground or drop a seed and it will shoot right up.
You pretty much must cross a bridge over the Puyallup River to get to it but it is just minutes to downtown Puyallup with the best farmers’ market in western Washington, the Puyallup Fairgrounds, river fishing, farms, little shops and restaurants. The town and the events have a really genuine feel. Some newer cities try really hard to create walkable town centers but Puyallup has always had that plus the farm thing going on. All of the stories about the hop fields and the interaction between the native people and the immigrant farmers are so interesting and you can see the history as you walk around.
The small town seclusion isn’t a problem because the highway connections are just minutes away and you can get anywhere in 30 minutes or less. See more at http://www.kitsaprealestateadvisor.com/11513-63rd-st-ct-puyallup-wa-98372-hud-home
